Ocean Paradise Mural

I had the wonderful privilege of painting another mural for the Westchester ARC. They are a wonderful organization that takes care of the severely physically and mentally handicapped. They have several residential homes in Westchester County, NY where these individuals live and are cared for 24 hours a day. I was so blessed to be able to paint a mural for the living room of their Pound Ridge home. A mural adds so much life to a room. What a great place for these disabled individuals to go and relax.

You do really beautiful work. I am going to atempt my first couple of murals this summer and I am wondering if you could tell me what paint and sealer works best in a bathroom and how I should clean the surface before I start. I have found info on out door murals but not interior, especially not bathrooms that need to withstand a lot of moisture and humidity. Thank you so much. :)

Thank you for your comment. As far as the paint needed for a mural in the bathroom. I would suggest using any type of acrylic paint and then using a couple coats of a matte water based varnish. Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions!

Hi,
I painted a wall mural in my kids room using flat interior wall paint. I would like to seal it with a glossy sheen, can you please suggest any varnish , which I could use? Also i would love to know the company name of the product. My last question is can I repaint over it with a flat paint after few years?
